Please note: All first-time clients must complete a medical clearance and provider review with our Medical Director prior to receiving services. This review costs $25 and confirms eligibility and safety for standard infusions and injections offered under established protocols. Clearance is valid for six months or until there is a change in medical history, whichever comes first.
Age requirements: Clients must be 15 years of age or older to receive IV services. Minors (ages 15–17) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at the appointment.
Medical clearance is not a diagnostic evaluation and does not replace care from a primary healthcare provider.
