Meet The Owner

Passionate, experienced, and deeply invested in her community, meet Erin Buss, RN, BSN.

Erin Buss is the founder and owner of Driftless Hydration & Wellness in Rochester, Minnesota. A registered nurse with experience across pediatric critical care, remote patient monitoring, and nurse triage, Erin has seen firsthand how stress, burnout, and busy lives can affect overall well-being, both inside and outside traditional healthcare settings.

Recognizing a need for supportive, preventative wellness services in a highly medicalized community, Erin founded Driftless Hydration in 2022 as a place focused on safety, education, and thoughtful, individualized care. Her goal was simple: to offer wellness services that complement, not replace, traditional healthcare while helping clients feel supported, informed, and empowered in their wellness.

Today, Driftless Hydration & Wellness offers IV hydration and nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, laboratory services, weight-management support, infrared sauna, halotherapy, compression therapy, and other wellness-focused services.

Erin remains actively involved in both the clinical care and day-to-day operation of Driftless, working alongside a team of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals. The practice continues to be guided by the same values on which she built it: professionalism, integrity, education, safety, and genuine care for the community it serves.
