We provide IV hydration, vitamin injections, and wellness services tailored to your individual needs.

Why is IV therapy better than drinking fluids?

IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, minerals, and medications directly into your bloodstream, bypassing digestion.

This offers several benefits:

Quicker uptake: You feel better faster because the nutrients are absorbed instantly.
Better absorption: Your body absorbs around 90–100% of vitamins via IV/IM, compared to only 30–40% from oral pills.
Helps during acute illness: When nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea make drinking fluids difficult.
Supports chronic illness: Useful for conditions affecting digestion like IBS, Crohn's disease, GERD, and others.
Age-related benefits: Absorption of nutrients declines with age, making IV therapy more effective.

What kinds of vitamins and minerals are used?

The ingredients vary depending on the treatment. We source all vitamins from trusted 503B pharmacies to ensure quality and safety.

Do you publish the ingredient lists for your infusions?

For proprietary reasons, we don't list full formulas online. At your appointment, your clinician will walk you through every ingredient and customize the formulation to your needs after reviewing your health history, medications, and allergies.

All components are pharmacy-sourced and sterile, prepared under provider standing orders. Our website describes what each drip targets (energy, recovery, immunity, etc.).

Allergy or sensitivity? Tell us in advance, we'll confirm safe options during your intake and avoid any excluded ingredients.

Which IV infusion should I get or is the best for me?

Our providers can give you personalized recommendations based on your symptoms or performance and wellness goals. We also offer injections and add-on options to best meet your needs.

How long does an IV appointment last?

Most IV infusions take 45-60 minutes once you're in the chair. First-time visits may take an extra 10-15 minutes for intake and provider review. Some specialty therapies (like NAD+) can run longer. The appropriate time block is reserved at booking based on your service and needs, so you won't feel rushed.

Are infusions in a public space or a private room?

Our infusion area is an open, quiet lounge with four chairs. While others may be present, we keep the environment calm and respectful. Feel free to bring headphones or an eye mask if you'd like to tune out so you're able to rest and relax during your infusion.

Who administers the IV therapy?

Our team consists of board-licensed, medically trained, highly skilled nurses and paramedics who specialize in IV therapy. We pride ourselves on having a diverse team with a variety of medical backgrounds to provide knowledgeable and educational care.

Do I need an appointment?

How do I make an appointment?

After you pick your preferred date and time, you will receive intake paperwork via email that is to be filled out before arrival for the fastest check-in process.
Each chart is carefully reviewed to ensure that our services are the safe and appropriate route for each client. All appointments require a medical evaluation to determine eligibility and are subject to provider availability.

Do you take walk ins?

We do not accept walk-ins. To protect your safety and provide the best experience, all services are by appointment only. Our nurses have varying schedules, and booking ahead ensures availability and allows you to complete required intake forms beforehand. This gives our medical team time to review your health history and verify that the service you're interested in is a safe, reasonable option based on your needs.

Same-day appointments are typically available - please check our online booking or text/call to ask.

Why do you charge a "Late Cancellation" or "No-Show" fee?

As a small, appointment-only clinic, your scheduled time is set aside specifically for you and staffed accordingly. When an appointment is canceled with short notice, or missed entirely, it affects our ability to serve other clients and still compensate our nurses for their time.

Late Cancellation: Canceling within 4 hours of your appointment incurs a $50 fee.
No-Show: Not arriving (and not contacting us) for a scheduled visit incurs a $100 fee.

We understand life happens, if you're facing an emergency or sudden illness, please reach out as soon as you can and we'll use reasonable discretion. The easiest way to avoid fees is to cancel or reschedule with ample notice through your client profile or by contacting us directly.

Are your services covered by insurance?

We do not accept insurance for our services. However, our prices are typically lower than Urgent Care or Emergency Department visits. We accept all major credit cards, cash, FSA, and HSA. Please note that coverage through FSA/HSA depends on your specific provider, and it is your responsibility to confirm coverage before payment.

What is the minimum age to receive treatment?

Minors aged 15 and older MAY be considered with parental consent and medical clearance, but certain ingredients may be limited or unavailable. Otherwise, clients must be at least 18 years old to receive IV therapy or injections and be willing to receive an IV.

How frequently can I receive infusions?

Service frequency varies, but generally no more than one IV per blend per week is recommended. We usually do not provide more than two IVs of varying blends in one week, with exceptions like the Hydration Only drip which can be given up to three times per week under specific conditions.

Typically, infusions are spaced 2-3 days apart and not given on back-to-back days.

I am pregnant or breastfeeding. Can I still get IV hydration therapy?

Plain IV fluids are considered safe during pregnancy, but we have strict guidelines for treating pregnant and breastfeeding clients. Our Foundational & Maternal Support drip is specifically formulated to be safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Do I need a prescription?

No prescription is needed. We operate under strict medical protocols overseen by our board-certified medical director and pharmacy doctor. Each patient undergoes a Good Faith Exam every six months via our medical providers.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for groups of 5 or more. Contact us to plan your next event! Also, check out our hydration trailer available for group events.

When should I not receive IV therapy?

IV therapy is not recommended if you have any of the following conditions:

Congestive heart failure
Kidney failure or chronic kidney disease
Liver failure
Uncontrolled hypertension
Altered mental status

Before services, we review your health history, allergies, and vitals to ensure you are a suitable candidate.

Are you hiring?

We are currently fully staffed but welcome future applications. Please do not inquire via text or email about open positions. As we grow, we may add more RNs and paramedics.

Requirements include:

Valid RN or NRP license in Minnesota
2+ years of ED or ICU (or equivalent) experience preferred
Availability of 3–4 days/week, minimum 15 hours/week
Strong IV skills and excellent bedside manner
